The White Room were commissioned by DCMS / BERR to lead a network of Business Links and Regional Development Agencies, sharing each agency’s knowledge and experience in working with creative businesses. A key output of the project was a national Good Practice toolkit – a document that was referenced in the 2009 Budget Report.
